  1. Hey Donna! My name is Gail and I wanted thank you and to let you know how much your website has helped me regarding the Combo Card, as I am currently applying for it. I know you probably receive many questions and this one might me a silly one, but would you mind answering it anyway? I would really appreciate it! In all of the forms it asks for my family name, do I have to write my maiden name or my married name? I am at a point where I am overthinking what I write, so your answer would just give me lots of peace. Thank you so much! Blessings to you and your family!

  2. Hi Donna. My name is Sylvia and I found your blog after doing my research on how to properly file for an AOS. I am re-sending my application after getting a rejection notice (which was unfortunately caused by us missing the biometrics fee. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ ) I read your post on how you packaged and sent your AOS and other application and it was really helpful. I do wish I had found your blog much earlier! Thank you very much for your very detailed and informative post. I will be reading your other posts as well. They are really, really helpful.
